Lifestyle Consulting & Coaching
Having meaning and purpose is positive to all aspects of your life. Finding out what is important to you and what you want to achieve can be difficult. When these difficulties arise, we tend to get into a rut or experience a lack of inspiration and motivation to make changes in our lives.
Coaching can help you discover and enhance aspects of your life in which you seek to find meaning. It can lead to making constructive changes and achieving what it is that you find most rewarding. Sometimes having a guiding force is all you need to realise your potential.
I offer a free 30 minute consultation where we have the opportunity to meet in person or through Skype. During this initial session we discuss your values and goals and a possible path that we can take to achieve these goals. It is also a chance for you to ask any questions about the service I offer. From here, if you choose to become a client of The Gracious Life, I will book you in for, four 60 minute sessions per month. There is no obligation to continue, and if you choose to, you can continue along for as many sessions as you like.

“As relatively new bloggers, we turned to Mayanthi from The Gracious Life for help. During our consultation, she helped us to establish the direction in which we wanted to take our blog, and identified the main things we wanted to get out of it. As getting your name out there is one of the hardest things for new bloggers to do, she provided us with guidance on how to go about doing so, as well as providing recommendations on people to contact. Through this, we have taken her advice on board and are currently working towards reaching more clientele through the strategies she set out for us. The Gracious Life is definitely a company that we would recommend for anyone wanting to make any sort of change in their life. Mayanthi’s professionalism and trust worthy persona ensures that you can feel comfortable in confiding in her.” (Clare and Jessica, fashion bloggers: I Say You Say)
